Have you ever talked about Gaddafi's Green Book; In which he offered free education, free healthcare, and free land to farmers and multiple opportunities for the people of Libya. I use to rely on you BBC for unbiased and unfiltered information. What happened BBC? FYI, western "Democracy" is the new dictatorship.
